RETURNS
Any unopened or defective items—with proof of purchase—may be exchanged or returned for STORE CREDIT within 14 days of purchase. This does not include items marked 50% off or greater, special order items or monogramming. New items returned or exchanged must be in re-sellable condition—unused, unwashed, original condition, unopened with all tags and packaging intact. Disposable or non-reusable products must be unopened and sealed. We cannot accept items that have odors, pet hair, smoke, dirt, lipstick, perfume, makeup, stains, or damaged packaging.
All items must be returned within 14 days in unused/unwashed condition with original tags. Returned regular priced items will be issued credit in form of original payment. Returned sale items will be issued store credit. All items marked 50% off or greater are considered final sale. Final Sale items may not be returned/exchanged. Special Order items, including monogramming, are not refundable. Sam Howard Men's Clothier Gift Cards are not refundable. Items returned with gift receipt will be issued store credit.
Please include a copy of your receipt and original packaging.
We reserve the right to accept or refuse returns after 14 days. Any returns accepted after 14 days will be issued in the form of a store credit and may be charged a 10% restocking fee.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
No price adjustments for full-priced item returns during sale periods.
